Join us and make a difference. It's so easy, just call Embrace Yoga to sign up on our master sign up sheet. Choose your teacher and class time. You will then receive a sponsor sheet, via email or you may pick it up before class. All you need to do is get ten people to sponsor you for a minimum donation of $10 each, there is of course, no maxium. There is a minimum of 12 people in a class.

  • 12:30-1:50 Kelly and Lara (Level II)
  • 2:00-3:20 Erin and Carin (Level I)
  • 3:30-4:50 Maryellen & Gina (Level I)
  • 5:00-6:20 Desiree & Kim (Level II)
